Responsible for ensuring and coordinating the safe and effective delivery of pharmacy care in patient care areas, promoting rational drug use, assisting in giving emergency care, providing drug information and functioning periodically in other units.

The Jr. Medical Technologist, Pathology & Laboratories extracts blood, collects other specimens, performs pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical procedures, including Point-of-Care testing (POCT), HIV testing and drug analysis. He/she may also serve as the Authorized Specimen Collector of the hospital’s drug testing services upon completion of training.

Responsible for the performance of Echocardiogram (adult and pediatric), Stress Echocardiogram, Dobutamine Stress Echo and assists the Cardiologist in Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE) and Intra-op Transesophageal Echocardiogram

Responsible for the prompt filling and dispensing of medication orders in unit doses, drug appropriateness review, checking of expiration of drug, preparation of skin test solutions and providing drug information to health care professionals.

Responsible for the rendering both diagnostic and therapeutic pulmonary services

Responsible for performing diagnostic/ultrasound/CT-MRI/COBH procedures in accordance with local and international standards.

Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the utilization of the nursing process and based on the internationally accepted nursing practice standards. He/she is responsible for managing records, supplies and equipment; provide health education to patients and families and collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
