Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring industrial peace within the organization, championing development and implementation of various engagement activities that will foster work-life integration, and ensuring just/fair administration of disciplinary action to all erring employees.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Management Psychology or Behavioral Science
  • At least 10 years of experience in labor and employee relations, inclusive of 6 years in a managerial capacity.
  • With negotiation skills, proficient in labor laws and jurisprudence as well as conflict resolution skills.
